5 (Research):Winchester (Old and New Minsters and Hyde Abbey) were the initial and Winchester Cathedral (in Mortuary Chests) the final burial location for some of the early Kings of England - such as Egbert, 1st King of England (died 839) and his son Ethelwulf (died 855).
